North Woods Camp 2021 LEADERSHIP PROGRAM SCHEDULE

LIT Program:

by Application & Acceptance, must be 15 years of age by June 20th.

All 16-year-old campers who did not participate in the Virtual LIT Program during summer 2020 are also welcome to apply to participate in the LIT Program for this coming 2021 summer.

If you were a camper accepted to the LIT Program in 2020 and chose to roll your acceptance to the LIT Program over to 2021 you do not need to fill out the application again.

Application deadline October 2nd.

Notifications sent October 30th.

Registration link will be sent with acceptance letters.

Session 1&2: Sunday, June 27th – Saturday, July 24th
Session 3&4: Sunday, July 25th – Saturday, August 21st

CIT Program:

by Application & Acceptance, must be 16 years of age by June 20th.

All 17-year-old campers who did not participate in the 2020 Virtual CIT Program are welcome to apply to participate in the CIT Program for this coming 2021 summer.

If you were a camper accepted to the CIT Program in 2020 and chose to roll your acceptance to the 2021 CIT Program you do not need to fill out the application again.

*CIT’s arrive one day prior to the start of Session 1 & Session 3

REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Payment Information

Applications will not be processed without the non-refundable deposit per 2-week session.

2-Week Session: $100 non-refundable deposit

4-Week Session: $200 non-refundable deposit

Payment in full is required by June 1st

Cancellation Policy

April 1st 50% of tuition is non-refundable

June 1st 100% of tuition is non-refundable

Join our Annual Campaign

Please consider making a 100% tax deductible charitable donation to North Woods & Pleasant valley YMCA Annual Fund to help send another child to camp or to help improve our facility or program.

Financial Assistance

Scholarships are available by applying for needs-based financial assistance. Please complete and mail (or scan) a CAMPERSHIP form, with the requested documentation, along with our registration.

All month and two-week session pricing is rate plus $50 minimum required store account.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The YMCA uses a true Point of Sale System and your Payment will be processed at the point of registration. We offer two payment plan options: Payment in Full and Deposit and Split Balance Payments on April 1st and June 1st.

Deposits are non-refundable. After April 1st– 50% of tuition is non-refundable, After June 1st– 100% of tuition is non-refundable (Exceptions are medical emergencies accompanied by a note from your doctor).

ADD ON’S

Horseback, Water-ski, Holdover, and Bus Transportation are available for our two-week and monthly sessions.
Add On’s may also be added at any time by calling the Camp Office at (603) 569-2725.

Refer-a-Friend Program

The greatest compliment we can get at Camp is the referral of new campers by members of our “North Woods & Pleasant Valley Families” who have had positive and meaningful experiences.

  • Refer- A-Friend! Recruit a friend to attend camp this summer and earn  a $50 tuition rebate in the fall and your friend will receive a $50 tuition credit when they register.
  • Refer-A-Friend Program GuidelinesRecruited friend must be a new camper to North Woods or Pleasant Valley Camp and cannot be your own sibling.
